FT-MTA03 Micromechanical Testing and Assembly System

FT-MTA03 integrates the functions of nanoindentation, micro tension, profilometer, and universal microstructure analyzer. Its force measurement range is ± 200mN, and its mechanical resolution can reach 0.5nN (9 orders of magnitude). It can measure displacement from 0.1nm to 29mm in the triaxial direction (8 orders of magnitude). The FT-MTA03 is equipped with a high-resolution microscope, which has a very high working distance of 95mm and can rotate 180 ° above the sample. Equipped with a 3 megapixel CMOS USB camera, it can choose from three adjustable LED lighting principles: coaxial lens illumination, ring light, and diffuse backlight.
FT-MTA03 is lightweight and convenient, with a size of only 44x39x46 (cm), suitable for horizontal testing, vertical testing, or testing from different angles. By equipping different types of FemtoToolsFT-S micro motion sensing probes, it can be used for measurement in the range of nN to mN. In addition to mechanical testing and analysis, FT-G micro tweezers can also be equipped for micro assembly or sample preparation.
