3D Single molecule Fluorescence Imaging System - SAFe 360

SAFe 360 is a new 3D single-molecule imaging system based on single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) launched by Abbelight, a French company. Its unique DAISY technology integrates astigmatism technology and supercritical angle light technology, which can improve positioning accuracy. The xyz three-axis positioning accuracy is up to 15nm, providing high-definition three-dimensional subcellular structure images and supporting simultaneous four color imaging. It can be used for cellular nano 3D imaging, observing high-definition subcellular organelle structures, real-time studying co localization information of different structural functional proteins, studying molecular dynamics reactions and intercellular interactions at the single-molecule level.
