The femtosecond laser micro/nano processing integrated system, Laser Nanofactory, designed and produced by Femtika, is a comprehensive micro/nano processing system that integrates additive and subtractive manufacturing. Compared with traditional micro nano 3D printing equipment, Laser Nanofactory can not only be used for the processing of photonics polymer micro nano structures, but also for precise processing of materials such as quartz, ceramics, glass, and metals from millimeter to micrometer scales. The processing speed of the equipment can reach up to 50mm/s, and the processing accuracy is better than 100nm. It can also achieve seamless switching between different processing techniques.
