Tianda Beiyang Distillation Experimental Equipment
The reactive distillation experimental device is used for the refining and separation of organic substances containing azeotropic components, with intermittent or continuous operation, high tower efficiency, stable operation, and good data reproducibility.
The device has a beautiful appearance and a compact structure, and adopts advanced intelligent control instruments to control the heating temperature of the kettle. The tower body is made of glass, and the outer wall of the tower is made of transparent conductive film using new insulation technology. During use, electric heating is used for insulation to offset heat loss.
There is also a glass casing outside the tower, which can provide insulation and observe the gas-liquid flow inside the tower. The tower kettle is placed inside the electric heating package and supported by a lifting frame. The connection between the tower body, the tower kettle, and the tower head is sealed by a gasket against a compression flange.

During use, electric heating is used for insulation to offset heat loss. There is a glass casing on the outside of the tower, which can provide insulation and observe the gas-liquid flow inside the tower.
The upper and lower sections of the extraction tower have feeding ports, which are fed through dual metering pipes and flow meters. The extractant recovery tower is a non side opening tower.
(A-4) Multi functional distillation experimental device
The multifunctional distillation experimental device adopts a one tower multi-purpose method for the refining and separation of various organic substances. The device has two towers, one is a glass tower without side openings, and is equipped with an azeotropic distillation tower head for intermittent operation.
The other is a glass tower with five side openings, equipped with a pendulum style reflux tower head, which can perform continuous operations such as reaction distillation, extraction distillation, and ordinary atmospheric and vacuum distillation. The tower body is made of glass, and the outer wall of the tower is made of transparent conductive film using new insulation technology. During use, it is heated and insulated by electricity to offset heat loss.
There is also a glass insulation sleeve covering the outside of the tower. The temperature control adopts advanced intelligent temperature control instruments.
(A-5) Computer controlled stainless steel reaction distillation device
This device is suitable for continuous operation of atmospheric pressure reaction distillation. The tower is connected by three sections of the tower body, and the insulation of the tower kettle and wall can be automatically controlled. The temperature of the top, kettle, feed, and inside the tower can be automatically measured and displayed digitally.
The feed preheater adopts artificial intelligence instrument temperature control, and the tower head adopts a cooling form of inner coil and outer jacket. The reflux device is used to automatically control the reflux and extraction ratio.
The equipment is designed reasonably, has a compact structure, high tower separation efficiency, and stable operation, all made of stainless steel.
