The IPS probe station is a high-performance probe station system developed by the company, which can meet the testing needs of low noise/interference. By using the IPS probe station system and appropriate accessories, users can easily conduct testing and measurement applications with leakage current less than 5fA and parasitic capacitance less than 10fF.

The main accessories for weak leakage testing are FemtoProbe or CPA-10 coaxial probes. This product is designed with a coaxial shielding layer, which can maximize the coverage of the test signal, reduce leakage and interference from the surrounding electric field. In addition, we also provide high-performance shielding boxes to protect the testing system from interference from static electricity and AC electric fields during weak leakage testing.
If you only need to meet the basic I-V and C-V testing requirements when your project starts, the IPS probe station will also be your good first choice. The modular structural design makes it easy to upgrade the IPS probe station system. Users only need to select the corresponding upgrade module and perform a simple installation. The equipment does not need to be returned to the original factory for modification, and users do not need to stop existing experiments due to upgrades.
The commonly used basic I-V/C-V configurations typically include IPS-AS Stereo probe stations, S10 series probe fixtures, and DTP100/DCP100 positioners.
The IPS probe platform is a multi application platform that not only enables I-V/C-V testing. By selecting different accessories, users can also set the system to meet the requirements of a probe station system for microwave testing applications.
The basic microwave testing system includes one IPS-AS Stereo probe station (including two calibration sample stations), two sets of DCP100 positioners, two sets of RFH100 microwave testing probe fixtures, two sets of microwave testing probes and components (probes are customized products), and so on.
Due to the high cost of microwave testing probes, in order to better protect and use the probes, we have developed a high rigidity mechanical structure for the system. At the same time, locators such as DCP100 use vibration isolation operation design, effectively reducing operational vibration and improving the alignment accuracy and efficiency of probes and samples.In order to ensure testing installation, the IPS probe station is equipped with a high-power configuration and an EMIShiled shielding box or safety light curtain with an interlock. These configurations can ensure the safety of users and prevent personal injury such as electric shock. We have also developed and designed an anti arc structure to eliminate high-voltage test arcs.
The basic configuration of IPS-HP can be applied in testing applications up to 3kV high voltage and 40A high current. If you need higher voltage applications such as 5kV, we can also configure corresponding testing systems for you.
The company has developed multiple heating sample stage systems that are suitable for IPS probe stage systems. The most commonly used configuration is a heated sample stage from RT to 200 ℃, with a temperature stability of 0.1 ℃. We also offer customized heating systems up to 300 ℃ or 800 ℃.
Our heated sample stage system usually consists of three parts: a heated sample stage, TemPro temperature control system, and a water-cooled circulation system (optional). The TemPro temperature controller comes with dedicated temperature control software, allowing you to monitor and control the temperature of the sample stage through a computer. Through TemPro software, you can also achieve variable power combination testing.
Our temperature control system has a DC 24V output, which can ensure the safety of users and prevent electric shock and personal injury caused by equipment failures. Meanwhile, the use of DC appliances can effectively eliminate the interference caused by the use of AC appliances in the sample stage.
If it is necessary to provide a testing environment with ultra-low leakage for the probe station system, the most crucial step is to integrate the probe station with the measuring instrument. The probe station will not receive excessive interference from static and AC electric fields due to its main metal component construction. This means that in terms of structural design, we need to have comprehensive solutions for pressure difference, shielding, and grounding. If any of the above issues occur, the probe station will receive interference higher than the target value. In view of this, systems built by users themselves often find it difficult to meet the testing requirements for weak leakage.
The developed three coaxial sample stage eliminates the need for complex configuration work for users. Users only need to connect the testing cable to the sample stage to perform ultra-low leakage testing.
