Evaluation system for thickness direction thermoelectric performance of polymer thin films ZEM-d
The company's Seebeck coefficient and resistance measurement system ZEM series has sold over 300 units worldwide and has been widely praised by scientific research and industrial users worldwide, becoming a widely used testing equipment in the field of thermoelectric materials. In 2019, based on previous successes, ADVANCE RIKO launched a new equipment called ZEM-d, specifically designed to evaluate the thermoelectric performance of polymers in the thickness direction.
Unlike the previous ZEM series products (ZEM-3/ZEM-5), the new model ZEM-d mainly measures the Seebeck coefficient and resistivity in the thickness direction of polymer films, with a sample thickness of 10 that can be measured μ M. In addition, ZEM-d is consistent with the measurement direction of thermal diffusivity/thermal conductivity of thin films using laser flash method, and its measurement results can be widely used for performance evaluation of thin film thermoelectric materials.
