The multifunctional high-resolution magneto-optical Kerr microscopy imaging system produced by Zhizhen Precision Instrument (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. is manufactured based on a self-designed optical path structure and Olympus and Solebo optoelectronic components, suitable for magnetic domain imaging and dynamic research of magnetic materials/spintronic devices.
★ Multi functional probe station, capable of providing in-plane, vertical magnetic fields, and multiple pairs of DC/high-frequency probes - combined with magneto-optical imaging and spin transport testing!
★ Large 1.8T vertical magnetic field, 1T in-plane magnetic field, 4K-800K temperature variation, can be used for imaging research of hard magnetic materials.
