The multifunctional high-resolution magneto-optical Kerr microscopy imaging system produced by the company is manufactured based on independently designed optical path structures and Olympus and Solebo optoelectronic components, suitable for magnetic domain imaging and dynamic research of magnetic materials/spintronic devices.

★ Multi functional probe station, capable of providing in-plane, vertical magnetic fields, and multiple pairs of DC/high-frequency probes - combined with magneto-optical imaging and spin transport testing!

★ Large 1.8T vertical magnetic field, 1T in-plane magnetic field, 4K-800K temperature variation, can be used for imaging research of hard magnetic materials.
