CryoPS high and low temperature vacuum probe station
Precisely controlled testing and measurement environment - high vacuum chamber, temperature range of 4-675k.
Multiple accessories to choose from/upgrade -2-8 inch stage, number and accuracy of locators, temperature range, optical wall penetrating components.
High cost-effectiveness - liquid nitrogen/helium refrigeration system, with lower initial equipment configuration cost compared to closed-loop systems.
Compact and miniaturized structural design is an ideal choice for research units with limited space.
The company provides users with a cost-effective vacuum high and low temperature probe station, which is equipped with the developed CryoPS Elcius temperature control system, providing users with precise, stable, and efficient temperature control, saving equipment budgets.
CryoPS Celsius is equipped with four high-precision PID temperature controllers, allowing users to have a clear and intuitive understanding of the temperature situation at relevant positions in the overall system, ensuring the reliability of temperature testing. At the same time, the 200W high-power DC output can quickly raise the sample stage from -196 ℃ to 200 ℃, greatly providing temperature control efficiency and saving users a lot of valuable experimental time. Due to the fact that the temperature control components in the system are all DC configured, it greatly reduces the interference of heating components and provides the system's leakage accuracy.
In addition to the entry-level configuration with high cost performance, the company has also developed a vacuum high and low temperature probe station system with high cost performance configuration for users. The system is equipped with either Cryocon's Model 26C or Lakeshore's Model 336 temperature control system, providing users with precise, stable, and efficient temperature control.
The CryoPS Kelvin vacuum high and low temperature probe system uses internationally advanced temperature control systems and sensors, with a temperature range of 4.4 to 675K (conventional system to 475K) and a temperature stability of up to 0.1K. The system is also equipped with 4 inputs and 2 PID outputs, which can accurately and comprehensively monitor and control the temperature of the system. CryoPS Kelvin is an open-loop system, and users can use liquid nitrogen or liquid helium to cool the system according to their actual needs, obtaining the corresponding target temperature (77K/4.4K).
The high and low temperature probe station system can conduct low-temperature testing without condensation or frost when it reaches 10 ^ -3 mbar. For users who have chosen an entry-level configuration, a bipolar rotary vane mechanical pump can be used to achieve the target vacuum degree, thereby reducing the equipment configuration budget. For users with higher vacuum requirements, molecular pump units can be selected to vacuum the system. The conventional low-temperature probe platform system can reach 10 ^ -5mbar. Higher vacuum pump units can also be selected to meet testing requirements.
In order to reduce the vibration of the pump group, we have specially designed isolators for users to minimize the vibration generated during the operation of the pump group, ensuring system stability and reducing probe drift.
