Laser flash method thermal constant measurement system TC-1200RH
The laser flash method thermal constant measurement system (model: TC-1200RH) launched by the company uses an infrared gold surface furnace to replace traditional resistance furnace heating, greatly reducing measurement time. It can be applied to the research and development of thermoelectric materials, as well as the evaluation of thermal physical properties of other materials.
The TC-1200RH system adopts a laser flash method that complies with JIS/ISO standards and can measure three important thermal physical constants of materials: thermal conductivity (thermal conductivity), thermal diffusion coefficient, and specific heat capacity.
Application direction
Research and development of thermoelectric materials
Research and development of ceramics, metals, and organic materials
Evaluation of thermal diffusivity and specific heat capacity of FPD heat dissipation materials
Research on material thermal diffusion of semiconductor devices and molded devices
