High precision ferromagnetic resonance image-FMR
The high-precision ferromagnetic resonance tester FMR from NanOsc Instruments AB provides a simple turnkey solution for the emerging field of magnetic dynamics research. This high-precision ferromagnetic resonance tester uses coplanar waveguides and can perform measurements in the frequency range of 2-40 GHz. Measuring over a wide frequency range can significantly improve the ability to accurately calculate various material parameters, which static measurement techniques cannot obtain.
Broadband ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) is particularly suitable for studying magnetic thin films. It is not only the foundation of basic spintronics and magnetism research, but also a component of current and future magnetic storage, magnetic sensors, logic, and microwave signal processing technologies. Ferromagnetic resonance testing has important applications in high-frequency magnetism and spintronics, such as inverse spin Hall (ISHE), hard disk reading heads, MRAM, and spin torque oscillators.
The main features of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) instrument are:
User friendly interface, easy to use and user-friendly
• Broadband ferromagnetic resonance using coplanar waveguides
Test effective magnetic moment (Meff), anisotropy parameter (K), and rotational magnetic ratio( γ), Damping coefficient( α), Non-uniform broadening( Δ H ◦)
High precision ferromagnetic resonance can measure signals from 1.4 nm cobalt iron boron thin films
• Optional extension of inverse spin Hall test
• Equipped with both sweep mode and sweep frequency mode
Frequency 2~60GHz optional
Adaptable to low-temperature and strong magnetic field platforms
