Product Introduction
The BJ5 arc melting furnace from Thermal Technology in the United States can be effectively applied in powder melting, arc casting, synthesis and densification of metal, non-metal, and compound materials. The BJ5 electric arc melting furnace is easy to operate, has high reliability, and strong universality, while providing ultra-high temperature and extremely pure melting environment.
For high-purity smelting: Due to its simple and easy-to-use internal structure, the furnace chamber of BJ5 is very easy to clean, ensuring the high purity of the sample. The BJ5 arc melting furnace includes a water-cooled stainless steel bell cover, with the electrode shaft passing through the top of the bell cover. The electrodes are fixed with ball and socket joints and stainless steel corrugated pipes. Using copper furnace bottom, its upper surface can be replaced and various specifications can be used. The system can operate under slight positive vacuum pressure.
