Exchange type heat zone unit options
The hot press furnace has four commonly used hot zone units, and various hot zone units can be easily replaced through interaction. The components inside the hot zone unit (heating elements, insulation layer, power leads) are integrated and installed on the front and rear doors of the vacuum chamber. The exchange of different heat zone units can be achieved by replacing the vacuum chamber doors with different heat zone units. The cavity wall and door are both made of double-layer hollow carbon steel structure, and the hollow layer is connected to a high-efficiency circulating water cooling system. The stainless steel material reduces the requirement for the quality of cooling water, allowing even ordinary water to operate normally. At the same time, this stainless steel material can also meet the needs of ultra-high vacuum usage.
